We want to ensure that you get the longest life possible out of your garments. We currently use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which allows us to create a large array of designs with a library of vibrant colors. Our care guidelines, tailored to this DTG method, ensure your unique prints remain vibrant and long-lasting.

Important Care Instructions:

  1. Turn your garments inside out prior to washing them
  2. Machine wash on cold, with like colors and a gentle cycle.
  3. Avoid fabric softeners, chlorine bleach, and dry-cleaning.
  4. For drying, tumble dry on low or prefer the gentleness of hang-drying.
  5. When ironing is necessary, use a cool iron and turn the garment inside-out.

We appreciate your business, and following these care instructions will ensure you get lasting enjoyment out of your Bad Ideas clothes.


Shipping Times

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why there may be a slight increase in shipping time. That said, we target an average of 5-11 business days in shipping speeds from the time production of your order ends up until it reaches you. Please note that these times can vary based on the quantity of items ordered and the country you place your order in. To best track your shipping speeds, please follow the tracking number you receive after placing an order.

Shipping Costs:

Due to our limited scale, Bad Ideas utilizes a 3rd party shipping platform. This service allows us to ship to customers all over the world, but please note that shipping costs will vary based on your location and bulk of your order. As a general rule of thumb, the first item you order will incur the majority of shipping cost, while subsequent items added to your order will only minimally affect your total shipping cost. For orders over $100, we offer free shipping.

Delivery Failure:

In the event that your order is shipped but cannot deliver to your address, the order will be returned to our shipping facility and we will reach out to you to confirm that the address you entered was correct. To avoid these issues, please double-check your mailing address to ensure accuracy before placing your order.

Lost In-Transit Items:

All orders will provide a shipment tracking number. If you suspect that an order has been lost in-transit, please double check your tracking information to ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If the information you entered is correct and you still feel that your package is lost in-transit, please reach out to use at helpbadideas@gmail.com so we can work with you to remedy the situation. We do not currently have the facilities to offer refunds for 3rd party carrier errors, but depending on the situation we may be able to reship you another item or work to find another solution.


What Qualifies For Returns:

Its our goal to create products that you love. To do this, Bad Ideas uses a third-party printing system that utilizes a 3-step quality check to ensure our prints are quality assured before they ship. However, in the event that an item is defective, mislabeled, or damaged during shipment, we want to take responsibility and will work to provide a replacement product.

To help us replace your damaged product, please email helpbadideas@gmail.com and include a detailed description of the problem as well as quality photos that clearly show the issue in question. To receive a replacement, product problems must be reported within 30 days since you received it in the mail. If you are within the 30 window and provide us the above mentioned information, we will be happy to reship the product for you and remedy the issue.

What Does Not Qualify For Returns:

Due to our limited size and capacity, we currently do not offer returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. We want you to enjoy your product and have it fit correctly, so please review product descriptions and sizing information on our product pages to ensure you are making the best purchase decision for you.

However, in the event you order one size and are incorrectly provided with another, we would like to remedy the solution. Please follow the same process instructed in the damaged product section above and provide us with an image of your receipt as well as an image of your shirt size tag so that we can confirm the sizing error. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. That said, if you find that your product is defective, damaged, a different size than you ordered, or is lost in transit we are happy to remedy the solution by providing a replacement product.


In order to select a clothing size that best fits you, please double check the sizing charts listed on our product pages. These charts can be found in the "Details" dropdown menu on each individual's product's page.
